A motion was made by Bob Johnson, seconded by Duane Cekalla and carried unanimously to approve the recommendation of the Project Management Team to award the RFP to URS/BRW for the engineering and desi=o-n services for multi-modal facilities to be located in the City of Ramsey and the City of Coon Rapids (Riverdale) and recommend that the Anoka County Regional Railroad Authority execute a contract in a amount not to exceed $100,000 for services and expenses with a term of December 12, 2000 through March 30, 2001. o An updated was presented by Tim Yantos on BNSF negotiations. Mr. Yantos noted that capacity improvements need to be agreed upon as soon as possible.
