He has 15 years of <br />experience in mechanical contracting <br />and construction, followed by 18 years <br />of building code administration. <br /> <br />Mr. Sebastian serves on the Educa- <br />tion Testing Services Committee at <br />Princeton, New Jersey, and is pres- <br />ently serving as committee chairman <br />for the Mechanical Advisory Commit- <br />tee of the National Certification <br />Program for Construction Code <br />Inspectors.
