<br />complete remodel of existing spaces except the Council 'Chambers and Wellness room,
<br />building additions of 2,201 square feet for City Attorney office,sand cable TV expansion,
<br />2,760 square foot for an employee break room and conference room which also includes
<br />a full basement level and associated sitework.
