City Council <br />April 15, 2002 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Drainage and Utilities <br /> <br />The City Engineer's memo addresses site drainage and utilities. Based on the revised site <br />plan, the applicant will be required to submit revised utility plans. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff and the Planning Commission recommend that the City Council approve the <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a banking facility (Sterling Community <br />Bank) with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. ALL COMMENTS OF THE CITY ENGINEER BE ADDRESSED <br />2. THE BUILDING SHALL COMPLY WITH THE BUILDING AND FIRE <br /> CODE REQUIREMENTS. <br />3. ONE ADDITIONAL HANDICAP-PARKING STALL SHALL BE <br /> PROVIDED. <br />4. A LANDSCAPE PLAN MEETING THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE <br /> REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED & IMPLEMENTED. <br />5.
