<br />19. Employees eligible for insurance benefits shall be eligible for participation in the <br />City's Flexible Benefits Plan. The contribution levels shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Health Insurance Election <br />Single <br />Employee & Child(ren) <br />Employee & Spouse <br />Family <br /> <br />Monthly City Contribution <br />$320.00 <br />470.00 <br />470.00 <br />610.00 <br /> <br />OTHER <br /> <br />20. The City Council may make adjustments in any section of the Pay Plan at any City <br />Council meeting for any reason including performance incentives, state or federal <br />law changes, the Pay Equity law, or any other reason the Council deems appropriate. <br /> <br />21.
