This <br />class is a knock-out! <br /> <br />Step-N-Sculpt <br />Basic steps moves combined with overall <br />body toning. Get your heart rate up and <br />bum fat! <br /> <br />Midweek Yoga <br />Looking for simple relaxation in the <br />middle of your hectic week? This class is <br />perfect for you. Come enjoy basic yoga <br />moves and overall body stretching. <br /> <br />Saturday Morning Fever <br />Creatively fun workout, different each <br />week. <br /> <br />Pilates <br />Pilates is a core strength workout done <br />slowly and controlled.
