Currently, the City of Elk
River has no regulations for all-terrain vehicles; however, the use of all-terrain vehicles is
increasing within the City limits. As with snowmobiles, staff and the Commission would like
to establish general parameters, which can become the foundation of an ordinance regulating
all-terrain vehicle use within the City limits.

YMCA Update

The Commission would like Mayor Stephanie Klinzing to provide an update on the progress
with the YMCA.

S:\PLANNING\MICHMC\PLREPRTS\JointMeeting.doc
