As referenced in this amendment, the <br />extension is necessary to allow the County to continue fulfilling its obligation for <br />delivery of MSW to RRT's Elk River Resource Recovery Facility. As also referenced <br />in this amendment, all current terms and conditions would remain the same <br />throughout this extension period. As such, your current delivery of market allocated <br />weekly tonnages would remain the same, as will the subsidized tipping fee of $45 <br />per ton. <br />Please sign and return this amendment. Sherburne County recognizes and <br />appreciates the vital. role you play in maintaining our current solid waste <br />management system. <br />
