These essentially are cabins on <br />trailers, much like a mobile home yet quite smaller, no more than 400 square feet. <br />The applicant would like to have no more than five park model trailer units on the site. Two units <br />will be in front for display while the remainder will be back behind the existing accessory building. <br />The park model trailer units are not going to be used as office space so they do not need to meet any <br />building code requirements. <br />Set back requirements for trailers are not defined in the C-3 zoning and accessory structures (which <br />these are not considered) are not allowed.
