Demonstrated Parking <br />Uses of property which do not require the total number of parking stalls as <br />setforth in this ordinance may reduce the number of Barking stalls initially <br />constructed. However. it must be demonstrated on the aparoved site plan <br />that the required number of stalls can be constructed on-site to meet the <br />re irements set forth in this ordinance This demonstrated perking area <br />shall be installed upon request by the Citv. <br />9.s?: Construction and Maintenance. <br />a. -i~--ee^~-ice;^-~u~-~=;c~, All off-street parking areas <br />and access drives shall be paved with adust-free, all-weather surface <br />with proper surface drainage, as required by the City Engineer. <br />b. Agricultural uses <br />2 Where installing a paved off-street parking area presents a <br />hardship due to the uniqueness of the business or other conditions <br />10. Curbing <br />a All driving areas and parking areas which are accessory to multiple <br />family, commercial business park or high use institutional developments, <br />shall be bounded by a B612 concrete curb and gutter "High use <br />institutional development" shall include hospitals schools. aublic <br />uildings. and other similar uses. <br />b All driving areas and parking areas which are accessory to <br />industrial or low use institutional developments shall contain a B6-12 <br />concrete curb and gutter on the plc rtions of such areas which front on a <br />public right-of--way extending back to the building wall.
