Mr. LeFebvre's parcel is in the Rla zoning <br />district which allows 2,000 square feet of attached and detached accessory <br />structure area. The subject property is approximately 1 acre in size. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Mr. LeFebvre currently has an attached 24 foot by 24 foot (576 sq. ft.) 2-car <br />garage and a 26 foot by 30 foot (780 sq. ft.) detached garage.
