Sherburne County Engineering staff has agreed that this issue <br />should be clarified. At present the City owns a piece of land behind a County <br />building. An easement agreement will be drafted with the possibility of looking at <br />an exchange of property to clean up lot lines of the two parcels. <br />Quarterly Transportation meetings -both entities would like for these meetings to <br />stazt up again monthly. Dates will be looked at after the first of the pear. <br />Commissioner Leonard thanked Police Chief Beahen and Fire Chief ~Uest for their <br />participation in obtaining funds for the Boys and Girls Club by remaining on the roof of <br />Coburns until their goal for funds was reached. <br />5.
