This plan will have approximately 1150 square feet of fmished space. The base price of this plan will be $85,000 to $90,000. I An optional plan will have two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. TRAFFIC AND PARKING All traffic into the Country Crossing Townhomes will enter by private streets off of 182nd or 183rd A venues. Access to the individual townhomes will be provided by individual driveways off of the private streets. The streets will be twenty-four feet in width and will have concrete surmountable curb and gutter. The private streets will be plowed and maintained by the Country Crossing Townhomes Homeowner's Association.
