Evaluate gate/card access -Price out gate card access for the lot to determine fiscal <br />feasibility. This might be an inexpensive way to keep unwanted vehicles out of the <br />reserved area. <br />Intersection safety enhancements -Evaluate our ability to add any pedestrian safety <br />features to the intersection. This will require some dialogue with the State <br />Department of Transportation. <br />The lot is also in fairly bad shape-and need a new top coat of asphalt, regardless of whether <br />or not we do any of the other portions of this suggested enhancement. <br />I will be present at the Council meeting next Monday should there be any questions about <br />these parking comments. <br />
