F.I <br />IZi~•cr <br />Downtown Parking Study <br />Option 4 <br />Option 4 includes a three bay parking structure with no commercial space. The <br />middle bay is sloped, proving vertical circulation. The outer bays are essentially <br />"flat" sloped only for drainage. The overall structure footprint measures 186' X <br />275'. With two supported levels the structure contains about 453 spaces. <br />Construction costs for the option are estimated at about $7.4 million or $17,200 <br />per space. Including fees and demolition of the existing buildings raises the total <br />project costs to $8.3 million. Option 4 adds approximately 326 spaces to the <br />municipal parking supply.
