<br />I <br /> <br />There are three other parcels that the city is dealing with directly, due to the much smaller impact <br />the Transportation Corridor has on these properties. These include the Brandt property, the <br />Riverside Development property, and the Gaddes property. <br /> <br />As discussed previously with the City Council, once: the appraisals are approved, the eminent <br />domain law requires copies of the appraisals to be provided to the property owner and a period of <br />negotiations to take place.
