(3) Emer~ency Vehicles: Similar to point #2 above, the proposed traffic plan would
appear to severely inhibit the ability offire trucks to gain timely and effective access
to our buildings.

(4) Traffic Patterns: We can only imagine that the proposed traffic design would lead
to a dramatic increase in "through" traffic in our parking lot which creates a greater
safety concern for our members. The design creates an attractive shortcut for any
driver who wishes to get from Gates/Freeport to Irving Ave.

(5) Property Issues: The parish has invested a significant amount oftirne and money into
the creation of a Long-term Master Facility Plan to govern future expansion of
facilities. It is based upon the existing property boundaries of the church. The current
Redevelopment Plan effectively negates that effort and appears to take away usable
space and replace it with property which would be largely useless to us.

These are the issues which concern us at the present time and with the current draft. As we
continue to study this draft there may well be additional concerns which arise.

Weare available at your convenience to answer whatever questions you may have about
these concerns or to review further revisions of your plans for economic redevelopment.

cc: Fr.
