LlZA GOULD WORKED ON ELK RIVER'S
NATURAL RESOURCES INVENTORY AND
IS VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE SORTS OF
GIS DATA AVAILABLE FOR US TO USE
ON THE PROJECT.

We expect that some challenging questions and issues will arise during
this project. Such items are inevitable with new stormwater and
environmental regulations. We anticipate we may need to work directly
with the MPCA to resolve these questions to avoid surprises when the
submittal documents are sent to the MPCA.

Randy will use his considerable experience and close working relationship
with the MPCA staff to recognize these issues, determine whether and
how to approach the MPCA staff, and lead the discussions that may be
appropriate.

CHAD VOIGT, PE -GIS SPECIAUST

Chad joined Bonestroo in 2006, and currently serves as a Project Manager
in the Water Resources Group. Her work has provided some
clarity on how these Loading Assessments are completed.

LIZA GOULD - GIS COORDINATION

Liza Gould worked on Elk River's Natural Resources Inventory.
