<br />RESOLUTION #07-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING <br />CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER FOR THE ARCHEOLOGICAL DIG <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received donations in the year 2007 from various <br />individuals and organizations as itemized on Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />that the donations on the attached Exhibit A are accepted in accordance with the terms <br />prescribed by the donors. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 6th day of August, <br />2007. <br /> <br />Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor <br /> <br />ArrEST: <br /> <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />
