Specific Skills -- Thorough knowledge of fund accounting, experience in the <br />preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, experience in <br />maintenance of fixed assets and debt records. Proven communication and <br />organizational skills. <br /> <br />3.) Experience -- Three years of government accounting experience. Knowledge of <br />municipal accounting software systems, office methods, spread sheet and data <br />base programs, and special assessments.
