CU 94-34 <br /> <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Dovolis Johnson and Ruggieri, Inc. is requesting a conditional use permit for site plan <br />review of a Class II restaurant with a drive-thru in Elk Park Center Planned Unit <br />Development. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />LOCATION <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 4, Elk Park Center (first lot north of the water tower along the east side of <br />Freeport Avenue). <br /> <br />ZONING/LAND USE <br /> <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)/HB (Highway Business) <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Location Map, Zoning Map, memo from Terry Maurer dated November 11, 1994, <br />proposed development plans. <br /> <br />OVERVIEW <br /> <br />Dovolis Johnson and Ruggieri are the architects hired by Taco Bell to complete the plans <br />and specifications for City approval. The proposed Taco Bell is approximately 2,000 <br />square feet in area and will have a drive-through window. The restaurant will have <br />approximately 700 square feet of sit-down dining area. The building proposed by Taco <br />Bell is the prototype that is most commonly constructed throughout the metro area. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />P.O.
