ZC 94-10 <br /> <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Request to rezone approximately 150 acres from PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) and C2 (Office District) to BP (Business Park). <br /> <br />LOCATION <br /> <br />Certain properties lying south of US Highway 10 between Joplin Street <br />extension and Waco Street. <br /> <br />ZONING I LAND USE <br /> <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) and C2 (Office District) I LI (Light <br />Industrial) and P (Public) <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Ordinance 94-_, map illustrating proposed zoning by Country Ridge <br />Partnership, map illustrating Planning Commission recommendation, letters <br />from Guardian Angels and Chamber of Commerce, report to the City Council <br />dated September 19th. <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 19TH CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />At the September 19th City Council meeting, the Council decided to allow <br />Country Ridge Partnership an opportunity to submit to the City a plan <br />illustrating how they would like their property to be developed. Attached is a <br />map submitted by Country Ridge Partnership, illustrating their preferred <br />zoning of the property. Essentially, 13 acres along Highway 10 would be <br /> <br />P.O.
