LOCATION <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 4, Oak Meadows Addition (east of Tyler Street and south of <br />198th Avenue), 10730 198th Avenue. <br /> <br />ZONINGILAND USE <br /> <br />RIa (Single Family Residential)ILR (Low Density Residential) <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Location Map, Zoning Map, Site Plan <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Oak Meadows, a subdivision consisting of approximately 76 acres was platted <br />by the applicant in 1985 into 16 lots and 3 outlots. The lots range in size <br />from 2Y2 acres to 10 acres in size. The applicant currently resides on Lot 4, <br />Block 4, which is 10 acres in size. The applicant proposes to subdivide the 10 <br />acre parcel into a 4.7 acre parcel, a 2.8 acre parcel, and a 2.5 acre parcel.
