The only other property owners that <br />were not contacted on Tuesday were David Carlson and the Nelson property, both of which <br />have previously submitted signed easement documents. <br /> <br />It would be my perception from the individuals I have talked to that there may be two to four <br />property owners that will not submit signed easement documents for one reason or another. <br />I would recommend that we wait approximately 7-10 days and see how 'many easement <br />documents are submitted. At that poL.t, it may be appropriate to'report back to the City <br />Council on the status.
