LOCATION <br /> <br />Southwest corner of 191st and Highway 169 (Lot 1, Block 4, Elk Park Center) <br /> <br />ZONING I LAND USE <br /> <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) I HB (Highway Business) <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Report to the Planning Commission dated September 27, 1994 <br /> <br />OVERVIEW <br /> <br />First National Bank of Elk River is proposing to construct a branch office in <br />the Elk Park Center PUD (Planned Unit Development). The building will <br />initially be 3,300 square feet with five (5) auto drive through lanes. The <br />proposed plans included expansion opportunities of approximately another <br />3,000 square feet. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Two driveways off of Freeport Avenue will provide access and facilitate traffic <br />circulation on site.
