Other commercial property exists along similar frontage <br />roads located beside Highway 10 and Highway 169 that require <br />additional setback from the highway. Staff does not perceive <br />that if additional square footage is not granted it would deprive <br />the applicant or create a hardship. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The proposed sign appears to have sections that could possibly <br />be removed that would allow the sign to meet current City Code <br />requirements. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3) Additional signage is available on the wall of the building, City <br />Code allows almost three-hundred (300) feet of wall signage for <br />that particular lot.
