This department is called upon daily to deliver <br />service or information. This annual report will explain those services <br />provided by the Administration Department. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />SUPPORT STAFF: <br /> <br />In 1993, the administrative support staff underwent several changes.... <br /> <br />Brenda Ebner....who shared the administrative secretarial and receptionist <br />position with Alice Heinecke, began working for the Finance Department in <br />. April of 1993. <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />J <br />I <br />l <br />.. <br />. <br /> <br />r <br />f <br /> <br />Debbie Kleckner.... was hired as the City's receptionist relieving Alice <br />Heinecke of most receptionist duties except for filling in during absences. <br />Although Debbie handles various tasks, her main duty as receptionist is <br />devoted to assisting the public in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner. <br /> <br />-;i <br /> <br />Job duties handled by the receptionist are listed below. <br /> <br />. Phones and customer service <br />. Assists with word processing projects <br />· Records minutes for EDA meetings <br />· Records minutes for City Council meetings during absence of City Clerk <br />· Processes incoming and outgoing mail <br />. Dog license sales <br />· Burning permits <br />· Parking sticker sales <br />· Operates fax machine <br />· Park reservations <br />· Gopher bounty <br /> <br />Geryl Rogers....was hired as a part-time Clerk-Typist II. Geryl was hired <br />for back-up clerical assistance to the receptionist, administrative secretary, <br /> <br />(1) <br />
