<br />. <br /> <br />is shown in more detail in the attached pages which are taken from the 1993 <br />Administration Annual Report. <br /> <br />The Receptionist's duties are included in the attached pages from the 1993 <br />annual report. The following can be added to that list. <br /> <br />· Assist with miscellaneous projects from Economic Development <br />Coordinator <br />. Steering Committee minutes <br />. EDA minutes <br />. Miscellaneous projects from other departments within the City <br /> <br />(Please note that the receptionist is able to perform these extra duties <br />becuase of the assistance from the intern receptionist. <br /> <br />INTERN RECEPTIONIST <br /> <br />At the present time the intern receptionist is working 20 hours per week, or <br />(4 hours per day). She relieves the receptionist for an hour during lunch <br />break. During the other three hours she assists with miscellaneous clerical <br />duties as listed: <br /> <br />. . Keying in addresses for mailing of economic development mailings <br />. Laminating Maps <br />. Running copies <br />. Stuffing envelopes for public hearing notices <br />. Stuffing envelopes for economic development projects <br />. Attaching labels for economic development newsletters <br />. Assisting the receptionist with the mail <br /> <br />If the Council authorized another part time position... <br /> <br />This would allow for two part time receptionists to job share the position. <br />Debbie would be able to move to an office cubical which would allow her to be <br />more effective for the Administrative Department. Debbie would relieve the <br />Administrative Secretary of some duties and would be able to assist the Clerk <br />in other projects. Listed below are some of the duties that would be assigned <br />to Debbie. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. Order Office Supplies <br />. Filing <br />. Assist with transcription typing <br />. Miscellaneous projects such as City Directory, Annual Reports, etc. <br />. Organize Records Room <br />. Assist with Council, EDA and Park and Recreation Commission packet <br />preparation <br />
