The County has appointed two representatives but according to city <br />ordinance, only one Sherhurne County representative can have voting rights and that person <br />must be designated by the County. Both commissioners are welcome to attend the meetings <br />but Sherburne County will need to designate one representative to represent them on the <br />Energy City Commission. <br /> <br />e <br />
