Hold pre-construction meeting wi th city staff, Task Force <br />building committee, AlE and contractors. <br /> <br />B. Set project construction schedule. <br /> <br />C. Hold regularily scheduled project coordination meetings <br />either weekly or bi-weekly with contractors, etc. <br /> <br />D. Review all contractors payment requests. <br /> <br />E. Provide periodic construction observation of entire project <br />and coordinate construction observation with city and AlE <br />and coordinate shop drawing review. <br /> <br />F. personally provide full time observation of rink floor <br />concrete pour after checking all piping and reinforcing, <br />etc. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Coordinate final project inspection. <br /> <br />H. Coordinate facility equipment startup and training for rink <br />management staff. <br /> <br />All fees for I.C.E. covering the above project outline services to be <br />on hourly basis as shown on the attached Exhibit 'A' for an amount "not <br />to exceed" $50,000 plus reimbursables as listed. <br /> <br />It is anticipated that the fees, by project phase, will be approxima- <br />tely as follows: <br /> Phase % of Fee Estimated Fee <br /> Phase I 3% $ 1,500 <br /> phase II 16% 8,000 <br /> phase III 24% 12,000 <br /> phase IV 40% 20,000 <br /> phase V 8% 4,000 <br /> Phase VI 9% 4,500 <br /> Total project 100% $ 50,000 <br />
