Upon staff <br />review it was determined that the dedicated right-of-way for future 156th Avenue needed to be <br />adjusted due to a pond being located with in City Right-of-way south of the subject site. In order to <br />correct the situation re-platting two of the lots to the south is necessary along with vacating certain <br />easements.
