Seller and <br />Customer may be referred to individually as "party" and collectively as "panies." <br /> <br />For good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as fcHows: <br /> <br />Section 1 <br /> <br />EXHIBITS <br /> <br />The Exhibits listed below are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. ]n interpreting this <br />Agreement and resolving and ambiguities, the main body of this Agreement will take precedence over the <br />Exhibits and any inconsistency between the Exhibits will be resolved in the order in which they are listed <br />below. <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br />Exhibit B <br />Exhibit C <br /> <br />Description of Covered Products <br />Support Plan <br />Support Plan Options and Pricing Worksheet <br /> <br />Section 2 <br /> <br />DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />"Equipment" means the physical hardware purchased by Customer from Seller pursuant to a separate <br />System Agreement, Products Agreement, or other form of agreement. <br /> <br />"Law Enforcement Technology Group" or "LETG" means Law Enforcement Technology Group, Inc., a <br />Minnesota corporation. <br /> <br />"LETG Software" means Soflware that LETG owns.
