EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION TO THE EASEMENT TRACT: <br /> <br />Perpetual easement for public utility and drainage purposes over, under, and across that part of <br />the following described property: <br /> <br />All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW N of SW ~) of Section 2, <br />Township 32, Range 26, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the <br />Northeasterly line of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 10 and 52, as presently located and <br />established, and the Northerly line of the right-of-way of the Township Road, said Northerly line <br />of the right-of-way being 66 feet North of the South line of said Section 2; thence Northwesterly <br />along said right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 10 and 52 a distance of 144.30 feet; thence <br />Northeasterly at right angles to said right-of-way line a distance of 300 feet; thence <br />Southeasterly parallel with said Northeasterly line of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 10 <br />and 52 to intersect said Northerly line of the right-of-way of the Township Road, thence West <br />along said North line of the Township Road to the point of beginning.
