All new -,"',.C <br />developments are served with an underground electrical distribution system. For <br />reliability, all underground electrical systems should be loop. In order to adequately loop <br />this proposed development, two points of road access should be provided to this <br />development. The underground utilities follow road right-of-way or utility easements to <br />the existing electric utility systems outside the development area. <br />
