Because storifront windows along pedestrian sidewalks are encouraged, all four elevations are utilizing vision glass and spandrel glass "windows". B.5.t Clear, transparent or translucent windows should be used for all ground floor retail uses. No riflective glass is allowed. The two western windows on the north elevation are proposed as aluminum frames with black EFIS since the exterior wall will become an interior wall in the near future.
