If located <br />outside of any screened storage area, a separate screening enclosure will need to be <br />constructed. <br /> <br />Fuel Tanks. Above ground storage of fuel tanks is governed by the MnPCA. I note that no perimeter fencing is shown on the plans. <br /> <br />Garage doors. All garage doors shall be painted to match or coordinate with the buildings <br />principle color. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will consider your applications at their meeting on January 9th, <br />2007. If you would like to incorporate these comments into plan revisions, please resubmit <br />on or before January 2nd.
