With our experience and prior knowledge of the project, in conjunction with our team's consulting partners, we have arrived at a proposed fee which we feel meets the compensation goals noted on the previous page. We have also made some assumptions where services might affect the fee proposal but were not specifically addressed in the RFP. Where we have assumed a particular service is not included, we would be pleased to discuss the addition of that service to the contract if and as the YMCA or the City desires. The Design Services Team (BWBR and its consultant team) proposes the following: 1. Fee for architectural, interior design, mechanical and electrical engineering, civil engineering, landscape design, and aquatics design and engineering for Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation . 5.95% of construction contract costl 2. Fee for Design Services Team for Construction Administration 1.35% of construction contract cost} 3. Estimated reimbursable expenses: Expenses incurred are billed at 1.15 our cost. We will not charge for mileage incurred.
