Mr. Sneft is proposing to create a 10.4 acre parcel <br />(Parcel A) and a 28.67 acre parcel (Parcel B). There is an existing farm <br />located on Parcel B. Each proposed lot will meet or exceed the minimum <br />requirements in terms of lot size and width in the Al zoning district. The <br />newly created 10.4 acre parcel will have access onto County Road No. 21. <br />The Sherburne County Engineer's office has been notified of this request. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />P.O.
