This parcel <br />was obtained in 1989-90 through the tax forfeiture process. The Boy Scouts <br />of Elk River are proposing to construct a 30' x 60' (1,800 square feet) building <br />to store various equipment used by local Troops. The building will be <br />constructed by professional carpenters and selected volunteers. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The building itself will be construct along 191 1/2 Lane NW, with the storm <br />drainage pond remaining directly to the north. As part of this building <br />construction, the storm drainage pond will have to be reconfigured to provide <br /> <br />P.O.
