That item deals with the assessment <br />for trunk sanitary sewer and water and the impact fee for storm drainage improvements. The <br />current rate for trunk sanitary sewer and water improvements is $3,800 per acre. This will <br />be charged to the development either through the development agreement or through the <br />assessment process currently underway. The storm sewer impact fee recently adopted by the <br />City Council is $600 per acre.
