P 93-12 <br /> <br />ISSUE <br /> <br />To consider a request by Heritage Landing Development to subdivide <br />approximately five (5) acres into nine (9) single family lots. <br /> <br />LOCATION <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />North of Palmer Addition, east of Joplin Street, and south of Heritage <br />Landing First Addition <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Report to the Planning Commission dated April 26, 1994 <br /> <br />ZONINGILAND USE <br /> <br />RId (Single Family Residential)/ MR (Medium Density Residential) <br /> <br />OVERVIEW <br /> <br />The five acres involved in this subdivision is presently the home site of Mr. <br />Kincanon. The proposed plat has been designed to accommodate Mr. <br />Kincanon's house, however, the associated out buildings that currently exist <br />on the property will have to be removed as part of the development of this <br />plat. The single family development consists of a cul-de-sac that is <br />approximately 300 feet in length with a large landscaped island at the end. <br />The landscaped island is proposed to be designed with plant materials that <br />will be both low maintenance and aesthetically pleasing to the residential <br />homes along this street. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />P.O.
