We would also recommend the size of the services be <br />increased from the typical 2-inch water service and 4-inch sewer service. <br /> <br />Additional drainage and utility easements may be requir~ on the final plat for <br />the hydrant west of the Cub Foods store. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SHEET C3.2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The distance between manholes 17 and 19 exceeds the recommended <br />maximum 400-foot distance. <br /> <br />Additional utility and drainage easements will be required on the plat for the <br />long hydrant leads on the west and south sides of the main mall buildings. <br /> <br />Domestic water service can be tapped off of the fire sprinkler line if so <br />desired at the Target store. <br /> <br />The proposed watermain on the west side of the main mall buildings shows <br />two 90 degree bends within the existing Northern Natural Gas and UP A <br />utility easements.
