A GRADING PLAN BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY <br />ENGINEER PRIOR TO RELEASING THE PLAT FOR RECORDING. <br /> <br />8. A DEVELOPMENT PLAN BE SUBMITTED ILLUSTRATING TYPES <br />OF HOMES AND LOWEST FINISH FLOOR ELEVATIONS AND <br />APPROVED BY THE CITY ENGINEER PRIOR TO RELEASING <br />THE FINAL PLAT FOR RECORDING. <br /> <br />9.
