The site was included in the City of Elk River's 1994 Environmental Impact <br />Statement (EIS) on Mineral Excavation. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Please see attached staff memo dated September 18,2006. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />~ A revised Conditional Use Permit (CUP) <br />~ Applicants application for an amendment to their existing CUP <br />~ Letter from Terry Maurer, City Engineer <br />~ Property boundary map <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Staff is recommending approval of this request under the conditions contained in the attached <br />conditional use permit.
