Rezoning from R4 (Multi-family Residential) to R1c (Single Family <br />Residential) <br /> <br />LOCATION <br /> <br />The northwest corner of the intersection of Gary Street and Orono Road. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Location Map, Zoning Map, Comprehensive Land Use Map, and property <br />owners list <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />In 1991 the City of Elk River purchased some property at the corner of <br />Hudson Street and Orono Road from E & 0 Tool for purposes of expanding <br />Orono Park at some later date. The current land use is HR (High Density <br />Residential) and zoning is R4 (Multi-family Residential). Staff is <br />recommending this part of Orono Park have the land use and zoning change <br />to be consistent with the current designation on the balance of Orono Park <br />and surrounding single family areas. <br /> <br />P.O.
