The drainage calculations are still being reviewed; however, the grading plan now shows <br />a 2-cell pond with an overflow into a dry pond for large frequency events, since there is <br />no positive out flow from this site at this point in time. <br /> <br />6. The site will need a NPDES permit and a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan <br />(SWPPP). The SWPPP needs to be in an 8 ~" x 11" format signed by the owner, <br />developer and contractor. Proof of application for the NPDES permit, together with <br />the S:vrPP, need to be submitted, reviewed and approved prior to issuance of a building <br />perIl1lt. <br /> <br />7.
