<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />It <br /> <br />NOTICE <br /> <br />To th"e owner, occUpant, lessee,. or agent of the <br />property whose address is listed on the reverse side: <br /> <br />In accordance with Minnesota Statutes 299F.011 and Elk River City Ordinance No. 1000, an <br />inspection was conducted of your property for the purposes of fire and life safety. At the time of the <br />inspection, certain items were observed which do not meet the minimum requirements of the MN <br />Uniform Fire Code. Those items are checked in the first column. under V. <br /> <br />A follow-up inspection will be conducted on or after the date listed on the top of the inspection report. <br />The purpose of the follow-up inspection is to determine that any violations or deficiencies observed on <br />the previous inspection have been corrected. Failure to comply with fire prevention requirements is a <br />violation of state statute and municipal ordinance. <br /> <br />There is a variance procedure by statute. If the stated items cannot be corrected in the time allotted. or jf <br />you wish to appeal any item, a letter of intent shall. be filed with this office within 10 days after the date on <br />the top of this report. If you do not respond within 10 days, your right to appeal shall be "denied. <br /> <br />Thank you for your assistance with these fire prevention items.
