Preliminary Plat approval to subdivide a 12 acre parcel <br />into one commercial lot and one outlot with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. ISSUES OUTLINED IN TERRY MAURER'S MEMO DATED DECEMBER <br />16, 1993, BE ADDRESSED AND/OR INCORPORATED INTO THE <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT. <br /> <br />2. A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT BE ESTABLISHED ALONG <br />THE SOUTHEAST PROPERTY LINE PROTECTING THE RIDGE AND <br />EXISTING TREES.
