<br />%. <br /> <br />The criteria used in selecting such routes is as follows: <br />Aa. The route is projected to carry a relatively heavicr fii:ii traffic volume <br />or is functionally classified as collector or arterial as identified on the <br />City's functional plan as approved by the City Council; and <br />Bb. The route connects the points of a major traffic interest <br />within the City; and <br />€C. The route provides an integrated street system affording, within practical <br />limits, a state-aid street network consistent with projected traffic demands. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Municipal State-Aid Construction Funds <br />Municipal State-Aid construction funds are monies apportioned to the City from <br />the State to be used for the construction of routes designated on the municipal <br />state-aid system. All construction funded with these monies must be in <br />accordance with the Mn/DOT Office of State-Aid design criteria. <br />City Infrastructure Replacement Pl.iRd <br />The Cit)' has created a separate lflfrastrueture Replacement Pund. U so of these <br />funds is rcstricted to thc cost of replacing cxisting infrastructure. The City may <br />from time to time use these funds for specific infrastructure replacement projects. <br />Pending Assessment <br />An assessment is pending against a particular property if the city has determined <br />that the property is benefited by a public improvement project which has been <br />ordered or constructed, but for which an assessment has not yet been levied <br />against the property. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
