PLANT MATERIAL BE USED IN PLACE OF A FENCE FOR <br />SCREENING PURPOSES ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE THAT ABUTS <br />THE RESIDENTIAL. <br /> <br />3. A LANDSCAPE PLAN BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR <br />REVIEW. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff concurs with the Planning Commission recommendation and <br />the conditions set forth in their recommendation. As requested <br />by the Planning Commission, a landscape plan has been included <br />for the Council's review. This plan will also be reviewed by <br />staff prior to issuing a building permit as part of the site <br />plan review process. <br />
